AT WAR

Who Is Lying About Iraq?
A campaign of distortion aims to discredit the liberation.

Norman Podhoretz has a very fine article at Opinion Journal where he takes issue with all the "distortions, misrepresentations, and outright falsifications", as he puts it, on the debate over the Iraq war, and in particular, the accusation the GW lied or misled us into an "immoral (and/or unnecessary) war.

Go read it here.

  • Yes, and now we learn that a year before the War in Iraq, Sen Jay Rockefeller went to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria and told them President Bush was going towar against Iraq giving Saddam a full year to hide the WMD's he now doesn't have.

    P.S. They are in Syria

  • I have felt all along that they were in Syria. It seems to me that there had been plenty of stories and aerial photography at the time of the invasion and shortly afterwards of much activity into Syria (from Iraq).

It amazes me how we are often times our own worst enemy. It makes me sick and and to be frank - really pisses me off.
