'Diaper changer' investigated

NEWTON -- Police last week investigated a bizarre report about a man, describing himself as a professional diaper-changer who asked two mothers if he could perform the chore for their children.
On Nov. 7, according to police, the man walked up to a woman in the parking lot at Store 24 at 991 Washington St. and asked if he could change her children's diapers. The woman, who was putting a bag of diapers in her car, told the man his request was inappropriate and to leave her alone.....
