China executes 'billionaire' over killing

I wonder who the beneficiary is of his estate - the Chicom government, perhaps?

Beijing - China has executed a reputed billionaire after convicting him of arranging the contract killing of an alleged blackmailer, state media said on Saturday.

Two other men were executed for organising and carrying out the murder, and a fourth was given a suspended death sentence, which is normally commuted to life in prison, the official Xinhua news agency said.

Billionaire Yuan Baojing already had assets worth an estimated $375-million (about R 2.3-billion) in 1996 and owned at least 60 companies, the agency said.
