IRAN THREATENS TO SHARE NUKE EXPERTISE

TEHRAN, (UPI) -- Iran Tuesday threatened to suspend cooperation with U.N. watchdogs and to share its nuclear know-how with other countries.

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei made the comments ahead of Friday's deadline by the U.N. International Atomic Energy Agency for Iran to freeze its uranium enrichment program.

"The Islamic Republic is ready to transfer this experience and the technology and knowledge of its scientists," Khamenei said following a meeting with Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir in Tehran, the BBC reported.

Bashir called Iran's nuclear efforts a great victory for the Islamic world, the BBC said.
