Drill ANWR: Realism Over Emotion

A vote to permit exploration and development of oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is scheduled before Memorial Day. Those who claim a sincere interest in lessening America’s dependence on foreign energy sources have a vested interest in a victory.
