NSA RULING

Because of the goofy dangerous judge and her moronic ruling (she was a Jimmah' Carta" appointment) in which she ruled the NSA program illegal, we are continuing to put ourselves at greater risk. We might as well tie our hands and paint a bullseye on our backs.

Opinion Journal has 3 commentaries today related to this topic:

On the Editorial Page
A federal judge rewrites the Constitution on war powers.

Our bitter politics may drop the gift of a foiled plot.
BY DANIEL HENNINGER

Was the 9/11 commission's work as effective as its publicity?
BY EDWARD JAY EPSTEIN

Powerline also has a good commentary on the judges ruling, basically calling it unreasoned and void of substance, calling their piece, "Where's the Beef?".

Even the Washington Post editorial board has written, ""the decision yesterday. . .is neither careful nor scholarly, and it is hard-hitting only in the sense that a bludgeon is hard-hitting."

Eventually, we are going to find ourselves in a heap of trouble because of our actions, or more accurately, our inactions. Decisions like this are harmful ... outright dangerous to our country's safety, and perhaps our existence ... in the least, as we know it.
