CORRUPT NATIONS SPAWN SIMILAR INDIVIDUALS

"A study by the UK publication The Economist, looked at the unpaid parking tickets which had been issued to members of the United Nations over a five-year period. They found that in countries with relatively little corruption, such as Canada and the U.K. most if not all tickets had been paid. In countries with high corruption levels, the reverse was true. The study noted that diplomats from the highest offending country, Chad had an average of 124 unpaid parking violations per year.

  • Well, yeah, maybe so, but, but, but who are we to judge another culture? If another culture accepts corruption as moral then we must accept that it is moral relative to that culture doncha know? Unless, of course, it is some truly despicable evolutionarily lower order cult of mean-spirited, homophobic, racist conservatives or something

  • Yes, yes.... I forgot. We are not to judge. Judging others is a mean-spirited conservative trait. I hate that when I slip up and do 'mean' things.
