Factions press Iraqi leader to snub Bush

Iraq's Shi'ite prime minister, struggling to prevent sectarian violence from sending the nation into full-fledged civil war, faces strong criticism from top Shi'ite and Sunni Arab leaders alike as he prepares for a summit with President Bush this week.
