UPDATE

In a follow up to the picture of John Kerry standing in the background (my original post and picture is here), where John is looking out of place and a bit sheepish, as the new Democratic leadership was walking the halls of the Senate chambers (apparently as a photo opp), Schumer appears to ask Kerry to leave, according to a UPI story.

WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- "U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer appeared to kick Sen. John Kerry out of a Democratic leadership walk in Washington, a reporter who witnessed the event said." Read more details here.
