Chinese, Japanese, S. Korean Leaders Warn DPRK

It is being reported that the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), holding a summit in Cebu, Phillipines, their first summit in 2 years because of differences and tension betwixt them, have warned North Korea (DPRK) against pursuing nuclear weapons and told them to desist with their nuclear testing.
