N. Korea steps up opposition against GNP's win in election

YONHAP NEWS: "SEOUL, Jan. 17 -- North Korea on Wednesday ratcheted up its rhetoric against South Korea's main opposition party, saying its rise to power may bring about a 'disaster of warfare' on the Korean Peninsula.
