Gay Sheep Gaining Their Rights

"Have you heard about the research into gay sheep? The U.S. Sheep Experiment Station has been studying the sexual preferences of sheep. It turns out that a certain percentage of male sheep prefer other male sheep--and do not breed with female sheep.
The scientists have been looking for a biological cause for this pattern and they discovered that the brains of 'gay' sheep are more like the brains of female sheep in some respects. Furthermore, they believe that the sexual preference of sheep might be reversed by treatments.
This has both animal rights activists and gay rights activists in an uproar. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals--or 'PETA'--has called for the experiments to be halted, and tennis star Martina Navratilova argued that sheep have a 'right' to be gay. No kidding.
