IS OUR CONSTITUTION BECOMING IRRELEVANT?
Apparently so according to the hard Left in this country and the Democrats (but I repeat myself).

Having failed to achieve ratification of a constitutional amendment, sent to the states in 1978, which would have conferred statehood on D.C. (only 16 states ratified it, 22 short of the required number), Democrats now say an amendment is unnecessary, a statute will suffice to do essentially that." (Bold emphasis is mine -- HH)
Laws .... the judicial system .... the legal system .... is their panacea. It is their remedy to and for everything.
When will they pass legislation "banning the use of" the constitution?
