ATTACKING OUR HERITAGE

The assault, by the left, on our heritage continues. July 4th - a national holiday - the day we celebrate our independence - is being diluted (or a least an attempt to do so) by the left. Is it good to minimize it's importance by trying to incorporate some other political agenda? I think not

Is it good to strive for energy importance? You bet your sweet a@# it is. But this only detracts from a very important celebratory day. And, this idea put forth by Pelosi is shameless, and her intent is clear - and stinks to high heaven. Oops.... is it still okay to say that word ... heaven?

Democrats Declare July 4 'Energy Independence Day'
'Global warming is 'one of humanity's greatest challenges,' House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared on Wednesday. She said House Democrats are 'working diligently' on legislation to address global warming challenges, and they expect to unveil their proposals by July 4, which she called 'Energy Independence Day.'
