  • Good post H-H. As always, Newt cuts right to the heart of an issue.

Interesting, isn't it, the way the rights view of this issue originates with the belief that we are essentially a good country composed of good people who have, therefore, a right and an obligation to protect and maintain our circumstances while the Lefts view seems to be that we are essentially a bad country composed of bad people who are, therefore, obliged to share our ill-gotten gains with anyone and everyone who wants a piece of the action?

  • Taking it a step further, a true liberal, although their views differ greatly than mine on many issues, are open to discussion.

However, what we see mostly now is this view that "we are a bad country composed of bad people" and we need "to share," i.e. redistribute; and, we need to shut down discourse and discussion.

What shall we call this? Hmmm? Just asking.
