WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

I have felt for quite some time now, and I think many will agree, that we live in a overly litigious society now days. And if that isn't bad enough, now we have a clown, a judge no less, that has brought a ridiculous lawsuit to the court system that should not have even seen the light of day.

Simply amazing.
