Tom Davis, ranking Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, is puzzled by the House Intelligence Committee's claim that Valerie Plame Wilson has been consistent in her sworn testimony. Perhaps it depends on how consistent you are in your definition of the word consistent. She has, after all, always testified in a manner maximizing the Bush Administrations culpability while minimizing her own.
