It would be far better if the price of China currency went up so we don't have to compete with starvation wages paid to their people.
Since the price of oil is tied to the dollar every other industrialized nation gets a break in the cost of energy; energy is in truth part of what gives industrialized nations a higher standard of living ... If we had to drill holes only by human power or farm only by human power we would not be any richer than a third world country.
