Has the U.S. Navy Become the Forgotten Service?

Much more thought must be given to the future size, shape, and equiping of the U.S. Armed Forces. The Congress and the public are so preoccupied with getting out of Iraq that a healthy debate on the structure and cost of the nest-generation forces is found only fleetingly in professional publications.
