EXIT STRATEGY

Financial Bailout: ‘What Is the Exit Strategy?’ House Republicans Ask
(CNSNews.com) - Now that the government has spent $350 billion of the $700-billion financial bailout package, how is that taxpayer money contributing to the nation's economic recovery? And how will the government get out of the banking business?

House Republicans want to know, and on Tuesday, they sent another letter to Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke, raising concerns about the "lack of transparency" in the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP).

  • I thought it was Bush that was trying to find the exit strategy? The liberal illuminati have bashed him so throughly (not hard to do considering his track record) but i thought he was just trying to get out and save a little face. I say just call quits and hand things over to Obama. That's the best strategy. Let him mess things up for awhile.
