The Joint Chiefs of Staff HAVE AN ABSOLUTE CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY to stand behind Guantanamo Military Judge James Pohl UNTIL OBAMA OVERCOMES “RES IPSA LOQUITUR” BY SUPPLYING HIS LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PROVING HIS ELIGIBILITY TO BE PRESIDENT UNDER ARTICLE 2 OF THE US CONSTITUTION.

The birth certificate fiasco of President Obama really blows my mind on a couple different fronts.
I can't imagine at this late date that there is going to be a court ruling by the Supreme Court of the U.S. undermining Barack's claim to the U.S. Presidency.
I fear they would think of the upheaval, turmoil, and rioting that would take place with such a ruling.
Having said that, it boggles the mind that someone just has to hide his birth certificate to become a U.S. Presidential candidate.
Does that not undermine the Constitution? I think it does.
Further, the earlier lower-court rulings that threw out the cases with the ruling that the citizens who had brought the suit "had no standing" is ludicrous in my humble opinion.
A conundrum for sure.
