If you think that Minnesota and North Dakota temperatures are enough to define climate on a global scale, go ahead, you just show how much of a ignorant hick you are.

Now, now, now. Be nice. Why are you so angry and mean-spirited? Hmmm?

On backwards perhaps?
On the matter of ignorance: to help you out and improve upon YOUR ignorance, the two linked stories were about a North Dakota city and Green Bay - as in Green Bay Wisconsin. Green Bay is in Wisconsin; not Minnesota.
And, in the event that you don't know, Wisconsin and Minnesota are two separate states.
They do however, border each other. So I can see someone who is not a hick, such as yourself - an elitist, could be confused over these minor details.
All of this, I am sure, matters not to you. But I tried anyway.
But you really should see someone about that anger problem. It must be miserable to be so filled with hate and rage all the time.
