Though I haven't seen the story itself, I have seen a few -- very few -- stories about the story.
I have also seen the usual "Pish, it's just the Enquirer and I wouldn't believe anything that rag says."
However, without commenting on the veracity of this particular story, I'd like to remind everyone that it was also the same notorious Enquirer that broke the story about Jesse Jackson and his child born to his mistress and his theft of funds from his organization to pay off that mistress.
Also remember it was the much-loathed Enquirer that broke the story about the despicable John Edwards. (Jay Leno said it was a big surprise: A personal injury lawyer turned out to be a sleazebag.)
The Enquirer might be 98 percent garbage, but sometimes it does get a story right.

Your exactly right. The Enquirer does not have the best reputation. (It must be noted however that the well known old print media is quickly falling to the level of the Enquirer).
But it is precisely why I referenced the Enquirer "news" story because they did correctly break the Jesse Jackson and John Edwards story.
The fact that there have not but a lot of stories about "the story" is not a disqualifier in my mind anyway since the old "reputable" print media chose to ignore the Edwards story as well which did turn out to be true.
