STAY SAFE
Well, my nephew Shawn (my sisters' son) is now in Iraq - East Baghdad, specifically. He had been stationed in South Korea for awhile before coming back stateside for several months.
He got to spend Christmas at home. He then had to spend 2 months at Fort Polk and then left for Kuwait for 2 weeks before going on to Iraq. Shawn is a GUNNER SARGENT with the 860th. He is scheduled to be there for 16 months. Stay safe son, kick ass and come home.
