Sex Offender Lists Fall Short

The Justice Department is working on an ambitious plan to link the states' sex offender registries into a national online database. The problem is, the states are struggling to keep their lists updated.

Heavy Handed wants to know. What is the purpose of the national on-line database for sex offenders ? What is it for? A new program to simplify on how to get Viagara into the hands of these sex offenders by perhaps offering Viagara via internet pharmacies?
