Muslim activists student defy dress codes

The ministry of education has warned Muslim activist female students attending public schools are not to wear the traditional Muslim head cover known as Hijjab.

In some cases young Muslim girls refused to obey the directive and were removed from their schools by force. A group of students who planned an Islamic demonstration were warned they would face stiff punishments including long jail terms.
