Aug. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Cuban leader Fidel Castro appeared in photographs with his brother Raul and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, two weeks after undergoing surgery and handing temporary power to his sibling.
In photos published on the Web site of the official Communist party newspaper, Granma, the ailing Cuban leader appears lying in bed, holding Chavez's hand, receiving gifts from the Venezuelan leader, and writing in a notebook. The pictures were taken yesterday, on Castro's 80th birthday." More..
