Regime officials reassure Cubans

Cuba's communist leadership mounted a campaign yesterday emphasizing the revolutionary roots of Fidel Castro's brother and designated successor, Raul, while attempting to reassure Cubans that the regime remains stable after the leader's hospitalization. Read on.
