"In a rally yesterday in the devastated southern suburb of Beirut, Hezbollah MP Ali Ammar accused the March 14th Forces, of being “partners” in the Israeli war and “the massacres ” and called on the government to resign. He said “This government was part of 'an American-Israeli' plan to end Hezbollah during the aggression.”

Hezbollah called for the formation of a new “unity” government. This is being supported by Christian leader Michel Aoun, an opposition leader, whose popularity has substantially dropped after he formed the agreement with Hezbollah.
