US general expects another nuclear test from North Korea

Seoul - "The commander of US forces in South Korea General B B Bell said Monday he believes North Korea will conduct further nuclear weapon tests.

'I can only surmise that since they tested one, that we would see some time in the future yet again another test of a nuclear device,' he told a news conference at Yongsan Garrison, the main US base in Seoul.

Further nuclear or missile tests are part of North Korea's programme 'to develop these kinds of very provocative weapons,' he said, without giving any estimate to when the next test would be." Continue.
