What is frustrating is that when people are released to Mexico is that they walk across the border. I know for a fact that they are met as soon as they cross the gate by people who offer them papers for say $800 dollars to get them back into the US. I say this because I have witnessed it. these people according to radio broadcasts where released into Mexico without any charges for theft. It is very possible they came back that same evening; although they may have taken the opportunity to visit family and friends before returning. And, on returning they don't have a criminal record as no charges were made.

We MUST get serious about our borders.
The wheels of progress are spinning much too slow.
And I still don't think our government, including the Bush administration, is really serious about this matter.
They seem to just going through the motions, hoping that a little progress is enough to keep the citizens at bay.
